With a love and passion for baking, Cara is pleased to bring you the most luscious and decadent desserts you will ever eat. At an early age Cara enjoyed baking for her friends and family and followed her goal to bake the finest desserts. Cara has been featured at many events such as Lotties Kitchen where she held an instructional class featuring her Strawberry Charlotte Cake. Cara was also asked to participate in Top Bun, where guests sampled her signature dessert the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Pie.
Cara has studied and completed several cake decorating courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts in Brooklyn, as well as constantly honing her skills with the nations leading professionals.
